Our Mission

“To engage and inspire an appreciation for the performing arts within our surrounding community by providing quality educational programs, opportunities and performances.”

Our Vision For Our Young Artists

Beyond rigorous training, our company dancers gain invaluable skills such as creativity, problem-solving, time-management, self-discipline, team work and resilience. Whether a dancer aspires to become professional dancer or grows to become life long patron of the performing arts, BAYB provides the opportunities beyond the classroom needed for a young dancer to reach their fullest potential.

Our Vision For Our Surrounding Community

We strive to annually present the highest quality pre-professional performances to the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities. We aim to leave our audience members inspired and impressed by the talent of our youth and the quality of our programming.
